Gold and garnet stock pin

This antique Edwardian stock pin is made of gold and stamped 9ct.The eight almandine garnets are oval in shape and form a circle in the centre of the gold bar. This is a simple design but the setting of the garnets is exquisite. The pin fastens with a nappy pin fastening and it has a loop to which a safety chain could be attached.
