Gold and amethyst stock pin

This antique stock pin was made in the Edwardian era. The pin is made of nine carat gold and stamped 9ct. The amethyst is set centrally on a yellow gold propeller shaped bar. The amethyst measures 6mm by 5mm and is mounted with four sets of double claws. The pin fastens with a nappy pin type fastening and there is a loop to which a safety chain could be attached.
