Silver hunting stock pin

This pin is made of silver and stamped sterling. The makers mark of A.J.H. denotes that it was made by Alfred James Howe a renowned maker of fine stock pins in the 1900’s.In the centre of the substantial bar is a horse shoe with a hunting  whip threading through it. The pin fastens with a nappy pin type closure.
